Objective:

We always set goals by placing the user at the center of the user experience. We wanted to relieve the subscriber and offer them the highest possible comfort level in upgrading to an advanced profile or changing the personal profile data directly in the VALÚ smart wallet. We aim to understand users' needs and expectations precisely, so choosing partner companies that can support us in a professional and advanced manner is crucial for providing safe and convenient digital solutions.

Solution: Implementing user identification via BetrSign eOI

SDK (Software Development Kit) library or a set of tools for developing (mobile) application solutions, as well as existing or newly developed applications, in connection with the BetrSign backend system for reliable remote user identification.
