Introducing identification via biometric personal identity card data capture on mobile phones enables users to safely and easily upgrade their profile in the VALÚ smart wallet anytime, anywhere. This is a breakthrough for many companies that will be able to offer their users an exceptional service access experience and secure interaction comparable to visiting their branch.

Objective:

We wanted to relieve the subscriber and offer them the highest possible comfort level in upgrading to an advanced profile or changing the personal profile data directly in the VALÚ smart wallet. We aim to understand users' needs and expectations precisely, so choosing partner companies that can support us in a professional and advanced manner is crucial for providing safe and convenient digital solutions.


Solution: Implementing user identification via BetrSign eOI

SDK (Software Development Kit) library or a set of tools for developing (mobile) application solutions, as well as existing or newly developed applications, in connection with the BetrSign backend system for reliable remote user identification.
