Summer… the time when you leave behind your office and colleagues and dream of nothing but peace and disconnection. But sometimes, just when you're sunbathing, dipping in the sea, or enjoying a cold beer in the shade with good company, a document, contract, approval, or amendment lands in your inbox.
A document that simply can't wait until you're back from Dalmatia, Crete, or the mountains. You must act quickly, or the deal may fall through – or worse, be taken by a competitor.
Whether you're someone who doesn't mind working a bit while on vacation or someone who considers time off sacred and avoids all work talk, sometimes, situations like these are just unavoidable.
The good news? You can take care of paperwork quickly and efficiently without leaving your beach bar.
Of course, we're not suggesting you bring your full-time job to the beach, but electronic signing services like BetrSign let you sign important documents quickly and comfortably – no printers, scanners, or post offices needed. Just use your phone, laptop, or tablet. Your documents are delivered right to your beach chair.
Save time, avoid unnecessary office trips, and deal with paperwork between sips of your favorite summer drink.
Anything you'd usually sign in the office: supplier or partner agreements, contract amendments, approvals, statements, HR paperwork, NDAs… pretty much everything – except vacation requests, since you're already on vacation.
Even in summer, digital signing platforms don't relax their security. Signers must verify their identity as specified by the document issuer, and every action is logged in a detailed audit trail (who opened the file, when, on what device, and when and how it was signed).
So if a last-minute document interrupts your vacation or you didn't manage to wrap up all the paperwork before leaving, there's no need to leave your lounge chair in search of a printer. Simply open BetrSign, sign securely and legally in just a few clicks.
Try BetrSign for free and sign your next contract stress-free – no printing needed. Or book a demo with one of our experts.
