Challenges

• COVID-19 pandemic period: remote education
• Signing education contracts remotely
• Signing contracts with teachers remotely

Achieved Goals

• Maintained remote contract signing
• Upgraded our internal paperless system
• Easier contract tracking
• Introduction of e-signing educational certificates where possible

Purpose:

During the COVID-19 pandemic, as education moved online, we wanted to organize remote contract signing as well. This ensured smooth business operations and peaceful work from home.

Solution: Implementation of Electronic Signing

We introduced the BetrSign portal, fully transferring the contract signing process online. This enabled our uninterrupted operations. We have maintained this practice to this day. Furthermore, we are upgrading and updating our internal system with the goal of transitioning to paperless business.

• Completing the internal paperless system
